When we update Joomla 3.x to 3.6.2 version, there may occur some issues like –
Troubleshoot Joomla 3.6.2 Update Errors
Error- Recent requests denied.
It’s a common problem that appears while updating Joomla to 3.6.2 version. The most recent request was denied because of Invalid security token.
How To Fix It-
Refresh the page and try it again. Updating Joomla from version 3.x to 3.6.2 includes updating the component –
Go to Components -> Joomla Update -> Install the update.
Then, update component in Extension Manager
Already updated Joomla! From 3.6.0 to 3.6.2?
Follow steps below to fix the database.
Go to Extensions -> Manage -> Database -> Fix
Error-Trouble with log-in on version 3.6.1.
In some cases, the problem with log-in: 0 Failed to start the session: already started by PHP ($_SESSION is set).
How To Fix –
To solve the problem, update Joomla manually to 3.6.2 version of FTP client.
Download Joomla_3.6.2-Stable-Update_Package.zip package from https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/releases/tag/3.6.2, unzip and upload to the server after that you will be able to log-in.
We need to use Fix Database function.
Error- Alert in Install component
How To Fix-
In some cases, we may get an alert to Install Component: No installation plugin is enabled, it must be enabled to use the installer. Go to the Plugin Manager and enable the plugins.
To fix these issues you use to discover extensions option:
Go to Extensions -> Manage -> Discover -> Discover button
